Camp Rubirosa (East Hampton)

This beloved NYC red-sauce staple makes its way out East with all the cozy Italian-American nostalgia you love—think chicken parm, rigatoni vodka, and oversized martinis in a Hamptons-chic setting.

Gigi’s

Stylish and seasonal, Gigi’s is poised to become a new social staple, with Mediterranean small plates and a low-key luxury vibe.

Mary Lou’s

Buzzy and bold, Mary Lou’s brings a hint of retro glam and a whole lot of seafood-forward favorites. Rumor has it they’ll have a raw bar to rival anyone on the East End.

Sea Salt

Ocean Club

This all-day hotspot is as much about the scene as it is the menu. Expect everything from poolside brunch to sunset cocktails—and some of the best people watching around.

Crazy Pizza

A taste of Italy with crazy thin crusts and secret ingredients. Coming to East Hampton!

Swifty’s

A name you might know, Swifty’s joins the Hamptons at the Hedges Inn with its signature blend of upscale comfort food and classic Hamptons appeal.

Fēnik’s

One of the most design-forward openings this summer, Fēnik’s blends contemporary European influences with a curated coastal menu. Expect modern cocktails and a lounge-y atmosphere.

Crispy Taco Co Montauk

Casual, flavorful, and full of Montauk charm. This is your new go-to for quick bites after the beach or an easy family dinner.



Beloved Spots Reopening for the Season

LT Burger (Sag Harbor)

Back in action and just as crave-worthy, LT Burger is a family favorite for a reason—burgers, shakes, and a playful menu in the heart of town.

Doubles (Sag Harbor)

This Amagansett favorite is opening a location just off the main road in Sag Harbor!

Lynn’s Hula Hut (Montauk)

A Montauk classic for laid-back tiki vibes and frozen drinks, Lynn’s is reopening just in time for summer sunset season.

Moby’s + Tusk Bar (East Hampton)

No summer is complete without a visit to Moby’s. And with Tusk Bar returning too, expect sultry late nights, great playlists, and timeless cocktails.

El Verano Taco Lot (Southampton)

Back with its signature casual street-style tacos and outdoor picnic vibes. It’s one of our top low-key lunch spots.

Dreamy Coffee Co at Round Swamp (Bridgehampton)

Your summer caffeine fix just got a lot dreamier. This pop-up collab with Round Swamp Farm is a must-visit for iced coffee and morning treats.

Wayan and Ma•dè at Sunset Harbor

A highlight of last summer’s dining scene, this dreamy duo is back at Sunset Harbor. With Indonesian-French cuisine and waterfront ambiance, it’s easily one of the best date night destinations on the East End.

Make reservations early. Some of these spots book out weeks in advance—especially on weekends.
