April means the places you've been dreaming about all winter are finally opening their doors again.

Boswicks on the Harbor – April 30th
Sunset views over Three Mile Harbor that make you want to linger over one more drink. The kind of spot where the setting does half the work, and the food delivers the rest. There's a reason people return here year after year—it's reliable in the best way. Beautiful without trying too hard, delicious without being fussy, and the kind of place where you can bring anyone and know they'll have a good time.
Go for sunset if you can. The light over the harbor is worth planning your evening around.
LUNCH (aka The Lobster Roll) – April 24th
The iconic Amagansett seafood spot we've all been waiting for. If you've been craving a proper lobster roll since last September, this is your moment.
LUNCH is one of those places that doesn't need to prove anything—it's been here, doing its thing, long enough to have earned its reputation. The lobster rolls are exactly what you want them to be, the atmosphere is casual and welcoming, and it's the kind of spot that reminds you why you love the Hamptons in the first place.
It gets busy (because of course it does), so plan accordingly. But it's worth it.
HOOKED – April 17th
Casual Montauk takeout with picnic tables moments from the beach. Grab something delicious and head straight to the sand, or stay and soak it all in.
This is the spot for when you want good food without any formality. The kind of place where you order at the counter, sit outside, and let the afternoon stretch out in front of you. It's simple, it's easy, and it's exactly what Montauk does best.
