There’s nothing quite like golden hour in the Hamptons, and last week’s cocktail party at the FreshDirect Summer House captured that magic perfectly. Together with our clients, collaborators, and friends, we welcomed summer in style—surrounded by blooms, cocktails, lobster rolls, and that unmistakable coastal glow.

Build Your Own Bouquet: A Flower Bar Moment

One of the most beloved elements of the evening was our Build Your Own Flower Bar, featuring vibrant blooms sourced from FreshDirect’s floral market and hydrangeas cut fresh from our own Hamptons garden. Guests were invited to grab clippers and craft their own bouquets to take home—selecting from a variety of stems and styling them in glass vases or wrapped in paper. It was a true celebration of summer beauty, and we loved watching everyone’s creative arrangements come to life.

Sip & Savor: Signature Cocktails, Rosé, and Lobster Rolls

Paper Plane Cocktail Club kept spirits high with an exclusive cocktail crafted just for the evening: “The Quiet Luxury.” Inspired by the effortless elegance of Hamptons summer nights, this drink was a crowd favorite—made with Plantation Grande Réserve 5-Year Rum, Plantation 3-Star Light Rum, lime, pineapple, toasted coconut, and just a hint of pistachio. It was the perfect pairing for a warm evening, and we’ll be dreaming about that flavor combo all season. We also served chilled rosé, sparkling Perrier, and light mocktails for guests who preferred something non-alcoholic.

Of course, no summer soirée is complete without seafood. The Clam Bar delivered with a full raw bar featuring fresh oysters, shrimp cocktail, and lobster rolls. Add to that charcuterie spreads from FreshDirect, and you’ve got a sunset menu worthy of the Hamptons coast.

The Coolest Detail: Custom Logo Ice

A standout feature guests couldn’t stop talking about? The cubed ice, supplied by Long Island Ice & Fuel, was stamped with our custom “The Hamptons with Jenna & Joe” logo—a small but unforgettable detail that elevated every cocktail moment.
