I’m not one for strict diets, cleanses or detoxes. I firmly believe our bodies are smart and work best when we treat them with kindness. So this juice isn’t meant to be a fix-all, a meal replacer or anything of the sort— but rather an energy shifter!
I’m starting to feel the spring energy with the sunshine peeking out and snow melting away. This recipe gives me energy mid-day and gets my cells buzzing. Added bonus, some of the ingredients are known to bump up metabolism and leave you hydrated.

Makes enough for 2
1 lemon
1/2 beet
1/2 celery stalk
1 small ginger knob
1 Granny Smith apple
1/2 English cucumber
1/4 watermelon radish
4 kale leaves
