The Hedges Inn is reopening mid-June after a full winter renovation, and if the previews are any indication, the interiors are going to be stunning. This East Hampton staple has always been a go-to for staycations, hosting out-of-town visitors, or just treating yourself to a night away without leaving the island.
Hotel reservations are already open on their website, with the first availability starting June 11th. If you've been thinking about booking something special this summer, don't wait. This one's going to book fast.
Camp Rubirosa – Reopening May 15th
Camp Rubirosa is back May 15th, and honestly, we've been dreaming of that tie dye pizza since last summer. There's something about the way they do it, the crust, the vodka sauce, the whole vibe, that just hits different out here.

Pop Up Bagels – Coming to Westhampton Beach
Pop Up Bagels is popping up in Westhampton Beach this summer for the first time. If you've tried them at their other Hamptons locations, you already know the line will be long and the bagels will be worth it. If you haven't, prepare yourself. Maybe bring a book, definitely bring patience, and absolutely go hungry.
