That's when their flower fields open up for Pick Your Own Flowers. One of my favorite memories is visiting this farm with Joe on one of our first dates, even before the flower picking was official. It's an experience you won’t want to miss.

Set up in an old pick-up truck down the road from the ocean, Nikki at Osborn Girls Flower Stand has a true talent for growing stunning blooms. Her hydrangeas are about to pop, and she's famous for her gigantic Dahlia blooms. The rustic charm of the flower stand makes it a delightful stop for anyone in the area.

For a creative twist on traditional floral arrangements, Sag Harbor Florist is the place to go. This charming shop is not only visually appealing but also incredibly talented. They did the florals for our wedding, and we couldn't have been happier with their work. If you're looking for unique and beautiful arrangements, this is your spot.

Pierpont Blossoms Farm is a highlight at the East Hampton Farmers Market, especially this time of year. Their stand overflows with piles of peony blooms, my absolute favorite flower. The sheer beauty of their display is overwhelming and can brighten anyone's day.
Grow Your Own!
Joe and I love adding more hydrangeas and other cut flowers to our garden every year. Nothing beats the joy of clipping a bunch of homegrown blue hydrangeas and placing them around the house. They're easy to care for and incredibly satisfying to grow. We have about 20 Endless Summer bushes and recently planted 6 Limelight Hydrangeas. A quick tip for cutting hydrangeas is to cut above a set of two leaves, smash the bottom of the stem, and immediately place them in warm water to prevent sap from clogging the water flow.
